sayville.com - 3/9/2010

Cafe Joelle, owned by Steve Sands and Jules Buitron, is a casual European style bistro located in the quaint town of Sayville. In business for over sixteen years, this jewel of Main St. has a talented staff that offers a diverse American Eclectic menu featuring pasta, veal, chicken, lamb, seafood, the freshest fish available and innovative daily specials. A very popular lunch spot, they offer innovative salads, sandwiches, burgers and are famous for their creative soups. On any given day, the special could be the Smoked Chicken Soup with Bacon Bits, Walnuts, and Apples followed by Quiche with Shrimp, Roasted Red Peppers, and Asparagus both equally delicious.
